SCOTT NUDELMAN, Founder and Managing Principal

Prior to founding GlenLine in 2019, Scott spent 15 years with Carr Properties, a $3 billion private REIT and one of the Washington, DC region’s most active investors and developers. At Carr, Scott had primary responsibility for acquisitions and dispositions activity in metro Washington and Boston, MA – closing over 40 transactions valued in excess of $2.5 billion while managing many of Carr’s institutional joint venture partnerships.  Prior to joining Carr, he executed industrial investments in the Baltimore-Washington corridor at Grange Partners and covered East Coast markets at Archon Group (Goldman Sachs Realty Management). 

Scott is a graduate of Dartmouth College and has 24 years of commercial real estate experience.  He is a mentor in the Urban Land Institute Washington Mentorship Program and a former board member of the Real Estate Group.  Outside of commercial real estate, Scott serves as a trustee of the National Center for Children and Families and in development/strategic growth capacities for Jubilee JumpStart and Miriam’s Kitchen.  



Derek joined GlenLine in 2020 and is responsible for investing activities and business development. Prior to joining GlenLine, Derek spent 3 years at Goldman Sachs on the Merchant Banking Division – Real Estate team with a primary focus on office, industrial and covered land investments across the Sun Belt region. In that role, he participated in 14 successful acquisitions valued in excess of $1.8bn.

Derek is a graduate of Princeton University, and he spent 4 years in the US Army as an infantry officer prior to starting his career in commercial real estate. He is also an accredited member of the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute.


STACEE LONGENECKER, Director of Property Management

Stacee joined GlenLine in 2020 and built out the GlenLine Property Management platform. She comes to the team with over a decade of experience in Commercial Property Management, most recently with Carr Properties and Piedmont REIT. Her management experience spans from acquisition, development, construction, maintenance and disposition of over 20 Commercial Properties in the DC, MD and VA markets. Stacee is keenly focused on Tenant Retention through excellent customer service, with a career average 5.0 Kingsley Tenant Satisfaction rating.
A graduate of Purdue University, accredited with BOMI’s RPA designation and a LEED Green Associate, Stacee’s expertise includes strategic contract partnerships, project and team management and property accounting.

DENISE LEMON, Director of Accounting

Denise Lemon, our newest addition to the GlenLine team, brings with her a broad range of experience in commercial real estate accounting.  Her accounting background spans 30 years, working with several significant real estate companies including The JBG Companies, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Van Metre Companies, and most recent, EastBanc Inc. Denise is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a BBA.​

Denise is a highly skilled accountant with expertise in financial reporting, setting up and onboarding new property accounting systems such as Yardi and MRI, and identifying and implementing process improvements.  She has the reputation of providing exceptional customer service, always meeting deadlines, and always looking for ways to contribute to the success of your company.  In her spare time, Denise is very involved in the We Care and  Homeless Outreach ministries at her church.  She believes that being purposeful, preparing, and pursuing with passion results in amazing opportunities. ​


JESSE DOWNER, Chief Engineer

Starting as a Building Engineer and working his way up to Chief Engineer, Jesse joined GlenLine in 2020, after working for Fred Schnider Investment Group in partnership with Kodiak Realty Services for over 30 years. Jesse prides himself in evolving with the industry by regularly taking classes that make him an expert in the field. His designations include BOMI’s SMA and SMT Designations, VA Residential and Commercial Contractors License, NAPE General Engineering Certificate and he has his Associates Degree in Natural Resource Management. Jesse oversaw the development of One and Two Liberty Center, Liberty Towers, DARPA HQ, Marymount Ballston Campus, 4040 Wilson Blvd and the View Apartments and he has completed multimillion-dollar Tenant Improvement projects for Office of Naval Research and DARPA.
