Scott Nudelman

Scott Nudelman is the founder and Managing Principal at GlenLine Investments. Prior to founding GlenLine in 2019, Scott spent 15 years with Carr Properties, one of the Washington, DC region’s most active investors and developers. At Carr, Scott had primary responsibility for acquisitions and dispositions activity in metro Washington and Boston, as well as managing many of Carr’s institutional joint venture partnerships. Scott holds a BA from Dartmouth College. Outside of his professional activities, Scott serves as a board trustee for the National Center for Children and Families.

Ryan Friend

Ryan Friend is a Partner at GlenLine Investments. Prior to joining GlenLine, Ryan was a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Investments, East Region at DivcoWest. Prior to DivcoWest, Ryan worked in the Investment Management Division at Hines and served as a member of the management team of the U.S. Value Added Funds. Ryan holds a BA in Economics from Williams College and is a CFA Charterholder.

Jeff Chod

Jeff Chod is a Partner at GlenLine Investments as well as Minkoff Development Corporation, one of GlenLine’s strategic investors. Prior to joining GlenLine, Jeff led the Washington, DC region for Tishman Speyer and had primary acquisition responsibilities for the Southeast. Jeff holds a BA in Finance from the University of Michigan. He has previously served in various non-profits focused on philanthropic, real estate and policy goals with Developer Roundtable, Federal City Council, DC Real Estate Group, DCBIA, ULI and Jewish Federation of Washington DC.

Derek Grego

Derek Grego is a Principal at GlenLine Investments. Prior to joining GlenLine, Derek was an investment and asset management associate at Goldman Sachs with a primary focus on office, industrial, and covered land investments. Derek holds a BA from Princeton University and served as an infantry officer in the US Army prior to starting his real estate career. He is also an accredited member of the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute.

Stacee Longenecker

Stacee is a Director of Operations at GlenLine Investments. Stacee joined GlenLine in 2020 and developed the GlenLine Property Management platform. Stacee has 14 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, most recently with Carr Properties and Piedmont REIT. A graduate of Purdue University, Stacee is accredited with BOMI’s RPA designation, has a Virginia Real Estate License and is a LEED Green Associate. Stacee’s expertise includes strategic contract partnerships, project and team management and property accounting. Outside of her professional activities, Stacee volunteers her time for Jubilee Jumpstart and Capitol Hill Montessori at Logan.

Denise Lemon

Denise is a Director of Accounting at GlenLine Investments. Denise has over 30 years of accounting experience which included positions at The JBG Companies, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Van Metre Companies and EastBanc Inc. Denise is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a BBA. In her spare time, Denise is involved in the We Care and Homeless Outreach ministries at her church.

Jesse Downer

Jesse is a Director of Engineering at GlenLine Investments. Jesse joined GlenLine in 2020 after working for Fred Schnider Investment Group in partnership with Kodiak Realty Services for over 30 years. Jesse’s designations include BOMI’s SMA and SMT Designations, VA Residential and Commercial Contractors License, NAPE General Engineering Certificate and he has his Associates Degree in Natural Resource Management.

Jesse oversaw the development of One and Two Liberty Center, Liberty Towers, DARPA HQ, Marymount Ballston Campus, 4040 Wilson Blvd and the View Apartments and has completed multimillion-dollar Tenant Improvement projects for Office of Naval Research and DARPA.
